what is real?history is a very good teacher, but we must understand the "context" of what is discussed. years ago, i harrassed rider. i was with BB. Now BB doen't like me. i agree w/ rider. WHY? what happened? jmo, management was greedy & inept. lousy at sales. sales of our asset. they are great at selling PPs, that's another story. historically, management blew it. while investments & the market go up, we heard from management, "oh, the market is bad". thank god i didn't sink ALL my money into this fiasco. greed & ego have no place in business. just common sense. i am frustrated by BB's recent post about our value years ago. he never mentioned the REVERSE 7/1 SPLIT or the CONSTANT DILUTION SINCE when quoting those projected stock prices.
for you newcomers. i will try to answer, preemively, some of your posted questions or adress your assumptions herein.
why i complain - this is a junior mining co. we discover and let sellout to the big boys to develop.
why?- because back in the 80's&90's, like most businesses, the middle management got shaken out. the unemployed engineers went out to discover new finds. the big boys werent' doing this in house anymore. these "juniors" run on a bare budget. if they hit a strike (like erin) they sellout or partner up on a cheap deal (unlike erin). we want it all.
why dont i sell? - simple. in spite of bad management, the asset is REAL. it has true value,it will withstand bad human choices & incredible dilution.
when would you sell?- probably this year if/when i sell real estate to SLIGHTLY compensate for taxes. OR, at $0.49 to break even.
for all you newbies, yes, it's an excellent asset. be careful of dilution.
