RE:RE:busy times here...Sigilon may need Sernova but Sernova has successfully proven their own cells corrected for F8 can be replicated and scaled-up. I haven't looked at Sigilon's coating spheres in detail but they are injected into the abdominin of the animals and seems to show some promise but all the data is preclinical not sure how they are collected and redosed it seems a little more complex and invasive then the cell pouch. Sernova uses a human form of the F8 gene and inserts it into the animal cells with a virus vector. Preclinical data with sernova is promising especially considering they are already using the human form of F8 gene.
