The problem is that in any project it is the same, inability to execute the project.  This CEO, nice to speak, very well convinces ... but when putting the project on paper and executing that cuts inspiration, the CEO is not able to execute, he stays in words and does not carry out the actions to specify and put  to get the project going.  Have you not noticed this?  He he does nothing.  The CEO has presented us with more than 8 projects and none have materialized, the project remains in the presentation and the words.  Nobody follows up, nobody takes care, nobody specifies.  He now he only uses the shield Covid to cover his inability to specify and do.  There seems to be a break in his mind between the inspiring side and the executing side.  And that is not going to change.
