RE:election impact

RE:election impactCertainly an interesting development, VUL owns about 28.8 M shares of RMK after selling 3 M shares of RMK at $0.12, so that put $360,000 into the bank account of VUL without any dilution. Now let's look at RMK, the closing pice was $0.32 on Friday, clearly a promotion or something is coming, but this represents yet another huge cash injection into VUL without dilution if they can sell them in the open market (my estimate at current is about $9 M in cash with no dilution) . If the price of RMK continues to go up, it can only get better for VUL. Thus taking all of this into account, now wonder why VUL had significant number of speculative buyers on Friday.
