Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Something I am considering

RE:Something I am considering Considering Simon was talking to Brendan for "well over a year" before they hammered out this Tilray deal i would say your spidy sense is dialed in. You can bet your last dollar extensive talks have already gone on between Simon and MSO opportunities preparing for the next step for when USA is federally legal.

I also like that Simon seems to have plugged the hole that information leaks used to come from. Impressed the TLRY merger was under the radar until the night before.

My spider sense is telling me that any day we face the prospect of further JV or M&A activities. I have nothing to support my theory only to say I was dead on with Irwin Simon and this quy has a knack for building businesses. The addition of Tilray is just the beginning.
