Positive Industry Comments - Barron's Feb. 8,2021

Positive Industry Comments - Barron's Feb. 8,2021Writer Hack Hough interviewing UBS analysy Brent Dilts - discussing companies that specialize in warehouses & distribution facilities. "E-commerce requires roughly three times as much warehouse space as store-based retail. Sellers and manufacturers are also eager to build inventories, following supply disruptions from the pandemic and a trade war with China. That means warehouse demand is likely to outstrip new supply in the years ahead, pushing rents even higher." Barron's page 9

Encourage new PKT management to use your enhanced equity to rapidly expand  the property portfolio using stock plus cash plus low cost debt. I think most agree that in 18 months - three years mortgage interest rates will be much higher. Aggressively continue your acquisitions.
