Perhaps. But usually the CEO brings or does not bring deals for Board consideration.

At 2019 AGM, then CEO Parker had only 2.25% votes withheld. So it does not look like shareholders did not like what the CEO was doing or not doing, and then took it out on another director instead of the CEO.

There is something here. The shareholder(s) that withheld know what it is. Any of them out there?
