Be careful, and try not to put all your eggs in one basket, the pain at some point could be excruciating and life destroying!

James have to agree with some of your points. I would not put all my eggs in one basket but the reality is that you will not make a killing without being heavily overweighted. Think Buffet was over 40% Apple at one point. And think Mark Cuban suggested that diversification was for losers. Or as another money manager who ran a very concentrated portfolio asked "WTF you want my 25th best idea?"
And you are correct that all these micro caps promise to be world game changers. So what metric do you use to pick the right one to actually become the next Amazon or what ever.
I believe that the most important things to look for are management, management, and management.
It simply does not get any better than EXRO. The team is absolutely outstanding. Ask yourself how a small micro cap can attract the kind of talent and experience we see on the board.
To parapharse Buffet "When you get the perfect pitch you swing with all your might". Exro is the perfect pitch.
