I'm thinking that what Valens is looking at is opening a manufacturing facility somewhere in the north-east US, initially for producing products with CBD only until the fed's change the laws in the US, after the law is changed will quickly and easily add THC products, for the US and European markets. I'll bet they make an announcement along those lines within 90 days.
