While the 1.25 million on the ask

looks formidable, in reality it would only take a few interested Institutions/larger buyers to take it out.

Afterall its only $750K, one hint from Biden on a change to Cuba/US relations and we could go to $1.00 in a flash.

Cuban nickel has been a major albatross for us moving forward.
