Totally did not see this coming. Kicking myself for selling Well Health at $1.75.

the United Digestive thing was so ill-timed, I almost feel like it was done purposely to knock down the stock

the takeover is all based on current premium to share price, and 30-day average trading price

the timing is pretty ridiculous
