@joeboo31 The Company has incurred net income of $10,298,496 for the six months ended November 30, 2020, and, as of November 30, 2020, the Company had retained earnings of $9,739,598. The Company’s ability to continue its operations and to realize its assets at their carrying values is dependent upon obtaining additional financing and generating revenues sufficient to cover its operating costs. The March 2020 pandemic outbreak of COVID-19 could have a negative impact on the Company’s ability to raise new capital. These factors indicate a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern.

@Oops Net income includes unrealized gain which of course is not working capital. Financials are also only to Nov 30 which does not include the closing of the OCP transaction which includes another $3.3m in securities public/private. and @joeboo31, if you are concerned about the phrase "the ability of the Company to continue as a going concern", you will notice the same phrase in almost every financial statement for every company listed on the CSE & Venture.
