However, the large insiders you're referring to took positions at much lower levels and are sitting on multi-bagger profits now. Given the limited liquidity in the name, it may be prodent for them to gradually take profits as the shares catch a bid. That's what I think could be happening.
There's no question CUB is an interesting story and the theme will get increasingly popular as time goes on.
What they need to do is deliver orders for both of their key products, especially HydroGreen. It appears that quite a few of the orders thus far have been from parties that are in some way connected to the company and therefore may not represent 'real' demand.
We'll know more when they next announce an order win or release results.
Agreed, that is possible re:insiders who are not listed as insiders since they probably have lower volumes that do not require reporting. the shares for sale come from somewhere. But I watch the insider trading reports daily (canadianinsider.com and SEDI) and I only see listed insiders still buying regularly. No selling. And not small dollar amounts so this is significant and a big reason I bought in. It is a big reason I buy in for any company...do they have real skin in the game. This has always served me well vs. a company with "executives" that promote their businesses as he best of the best but have no skin in the game other than exorbinant salaries, bonuses, options etc. Not real skin/cash.
I do agree with your point re:sales. And delivery crossed my mind as well as I see they are having these made in China. I assume the software is then loaded here upon delivery. I also strongly agree on the Hydrogreen. This could be significant in my opinion. Very. And this may seem like a non event to people but I always note things like this, when I watched the company's Youtube videos Hydrogreen was the most watched video of them all.
I'm glad we can discuss with reason. :)
