sounds like sour grapes. not everybody bought at $11 buddy. the only investing lesson here is that the stock market is irrational and value exists beyond what a share is priced at. i've been accumulating for years and just made an outsized return. sure, there was an opportunity cost to having this $$$ tied up, but what i just reaped outweights this opportunity cost.
CRH self funds its expansion strategy with FCF and cheap debt without the need to dilute shareholders by raising equity. had they continued on this track and grown the company, we easily could have seen a return to double digit share price levels.
i will be following WELL and look forward to seeing CRH's contribution.
