Exactly. And clearly Well Health shareholders think they got a great deal because share price for Well Health has rocketed up 16% on the news even though they paid 80+% premium on the share price.  This just shows how cheap T.CRH was trading at.  The performance of the share price and the performance of the company are not always linked. Any real investor knows this and tries to capitalize on this.

Also, this is a good time to remind everyone to not sell your shares.  A more lucrative offer from another party is always possible.
