With a weak Q4 release coming up, you'll likely not see a short squeeze until they can try to spin the reasoning for it. Actual US CBD sales could cause a jump in SP but this "labs licence" is already priced in and the accessories thing is never going to yield material revenues, so i doubt either will create a push in price.
