Adding...even if they just focus on commercial, travel and film/TV that creates a lot of opportunity.
I think these areas are more reliable sources of income and don't face cost barriers like home sales might. They are more willing to pay for perk's like priority/concierge services and probably produce multiple tests from exes/buyers/engineers etc
I think the recent deals ie. PGA Korn event and the Dallas Market Center are a template for CBDT moving forward.
