I'll focus on where in your post we are pretty much equal.

 

I keep getting the feeling of accumulation with the way the stock is playing out. Put in a solid floor, fill the ask and let the sellers sell above the floor. Effectively range bounding the trading. They are doing this with computers, but there needs to be the reason to buy (or sell). Right now they are accumulating.

 

Or they are that good that they want to appear to be accumulating when instead they are dumping the 23mil pp.
