RE:RE:RE:RE:QUESTION FOR EARL - CEO/CONSULTANT/CO-FOUNDER?

RE:RE:RE:RE:QUESTION FOR EARL - CEO/CONSULTANT/CO-FOUNDER?I personally don't disagree with the quality being there with the product. There is just somethig bizarre going on here with respect to titles and who actually owns and runs the company. Your contribution is not disputed, nor are your credentials. But what I hear elsewhere doesn't align with what you say, and why I ask. From what I've heard there is a fair amount of drama around who is who, and to be frank, I'd like to see that put to bed so we can all move on.

I have no doubt that you have your blood, sweat and tears into the Delta facility, and the retail relationships that have been built are a success that can be attributed to you directly as well. I have watched you over the past year and do appreciate the level of transparency that you've brought to the company (although jabbing leadership at every turn on social media is IMO unprofessional). I feel that I am connected to the operational side of the company through you, and that I appreciate - so thank you for that.

I just don't want drama. You have a world class grower there and what you are doing as a team currently is working. I want to see that mound of outstanding warrants put to bed and for us to grow from this level to something truly great.

" The company had a subsequent opportunity to align my interests with the interests of shareholders through stock options, but again, I was only allocated a small fraction of what I deserve.  It was a slap in the face really, and I have become indifferent to increasing the share price."

This is an interesting comment. To be candid, your wording here speaks to self-interest over the overall success of the company, because you didn't get the options you wanted.  A CEO that is "indifferent to increasing the share price" is a slippery slope to me.

Question - are you considered a company insider and required to report activity regarding shares of your own company? Have never seen your name up on insider filings.

Thanks for answering my questions.
