I have owned N.wt and today I purchased some N.wt.A as well. 

46 000 shares at $.70 & $.71 ,  I feel good about it, it seems tightly held. With no acceleration clause and 5 years before expirey, I am glad I got in, I see the SP being much higher in 5 years. I was watching for last few days and I saw .70 aks  and threw my bid in. 

I sold some of my regular shares to buy them, the way I see it, is the follows, 

if within 5 years Namaste SP is $10.00   I imagine N.WT.A will be $6.00 giving the purchaser an easy .85 cents to be made on their gauranteed ownership at $3.15 . ( this number is hypothetical) 

so if you bought at todays current rates  ( 1.85 for N  vs .70 for N.WT.A) you will have 5.4 x your investment on reg shares vs 8.57 x your investment on the warrants.
