My guess is that American Lithium (a wildly overvalued company with an unviable asset) is trying to pick up PLU, (an undervalued company with a viable asset). No way is this happening. Cornerstone investors and management together hold 50% of PLU, and I doubt there is any figure American Lithium could throw out there that will make them bite.
