That is an interesting set of observations. No disagreement here Rare earth elements are not in fact that rare. They are however very difficult to separate which is the reason most of that activity occurs in China where environmental regulations are not as stringent. The promising results from Appia's Alces Lake plus their Elliot Lake property bode well for them. Much like Uranium, demand is going to outstrip supply by a wide margin in the next few years and that means only one thing for the commodity price of rare earths. UP.
