johnu48, I too thought, why a NDA wouldn't fund pilot plant. I found out that for CYP to fund it the way they did makes a lot of sense if you want SH price to go up before buyout, (if that happens).

The NDA(S) don't have any interest in the SH price going up, but "PI Financial Corp." does, IMO.

I'll never sell one SH till buyout happens. If that's the way it goes and I think it will, IMO.
