RE:Reflections

RE:ReflectionsMy gut feel it will work out. From a business point of view for individual projects, I look at Northland as an example. I'm not an expert on risk management when it comes to interest rates, but that issue is worked into the project's economics with good checks and balances. These projects can generate income for 25 years. No one can predict the future, but if do nothing simply because of that, then there will be no future. I don't know how to approach this subject, but that's why a good EPA (purchase agreement) is important. I don't how far the project proposal has progressed. Every venture is a cost/benefit analysis, both tangible and intangible. I hope something can be worked out. Can't have a public meeting with the virus concerns, but maybe someone is out there with a good idea acceptable to most, which no one has considered.
