Nope! you can cash in the warrant anytime, the feb 2023 date is just when they expire (i.e. you can't do anything with them and they become worthless). hahaha, if you want any idea how good a deal this is, look at TGIF warrants and how they are garbage ( .65 exercise price and expires in sept).

Also HELL YES this is a GREAT DEAL!! If i had any free cash, i would be stocking up on these big time.
