Now that they are established , the payout for they're infringements are not that relavent to them . Even if FB has to pay $7.5b to BB as what seems to be on FB report from last week. Anyone think they will have an issue writing that cheque. BB's will be revalued at considerable times higher than current levels, if that is indeed the case . So absolutely this has huge implications.

Yes short term it could be huge and act as a catalyst as we would be able to invest more in other companies, buy back shares, and invest more in R&D plus all these actions would create more buzz which we dearly need. Oh and the share price would increase substantially. Anything over 3 Billion would transform the company instantly. Cheers
