Its business comprises lumber mills, OSB facilities, renewable energy facilities, pulp and paper mills, plywood facilities, MDF facilities, particleboard facilities, LVL facility, treated wood facility, and veneer facility. The Company operates approximately 58 facilities in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. It also offers wood preservation services.

I can't see it at this time.

I think they will use cash to strengthen the balance sheet post acquisition, and work towards integrating processes and systems (ie mgmt, sales teams, etc).

If they continue to print cash for a few more quarters, I fully expect to see a dividend raise.
