ALSTON and noise about BT bids for contract.......My take is that both companies know each other very well and have often and for many years worked jointly on big contracts. The process of due dilligence by Alstom took many months of review and negotiations going in. Then came the $400M adjustment when it came time to cut the checks.
Again a lot of noise from Alstom lawyers and of little substance or recourse of action. GLTA
