RE:RE:RE:One WorldThe deal cannot go through unless it recieved shareholder approval, as per the news release snippet below.

"To be approved, the Offering must be approved by at least a majority of disinterested shareholders at a shareholders meeting or by way of written consent. The Company currently expects to obtain shareholder approval through written consent"

I don't know abou you, but I've not recieved any document from iSign asking for my approval. So, this deal is not going to happen anytime soon.
