WCS prices are at USD 47+ per barrel !!!

NOW the BODs see the FREE CASH FLOW PILING UP and DECLARE suggested dividend !!!

I personally don't see it that way.  0.0175 was announced after the merger and was a given that it would be authorized.  I interpret what they said about reinstating the divi when debt is under 10B as a 'real' dividend (3-5% yield)
