I think your estimates are reasonable. The upside here is absolutely astounding and anyone selling right now just doesn't get it.

KNR doesn't event have to come close to the 20K units per month to justify a very significantly higher share price.

These are gift prices and I see an easy jump to $10-15 once we get a press release on sales.
