RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:QUESTION FOR EARL - CEO/CONSULTANT/CO-FOUNDER?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:QUESTION FOR EARL - CEO/CONSULTANT/CO-FOUNDER?Everyone works for their own self-interest, or the interest of their family, etc.  I don't think I'm crazy to get angry at my insufficient compensation.  Really, I should have quit already, but everyone knows this company is my baby and I won't quit and see it fail.  I keep working to put out the best product we possibly can while appealing to shareholders to step up and recognize that I need help.

What would you do if you were in my shoes?

I am not contratually obligated to file insidering trade reports.  Totally willing to do so when I have a contract and am on payroll being compensated for my services.  I have been asking for a contract for over a year.  FYI, I rarely sell shares - mostly just to pay the odd credit card bill.
