RE:RE:RE:RE:short position
RE:RE:RE:RE:short positionThank you for your compliment, although I would not go that far, LOL
I think management is alligned with us shareholders, when I have talked to them in the past about the EVA project they were adamant that they would not do anything that would dilute the shareholders. I have to take them at their word.
I think a lot of people and analysts are (were) worried about their debt level, I think over exagerated, but that is my opinon. Most of the debt is owed to Mitsubishi (in friendly hands at reasonable interest rates).
I would have liked to hear the EVA project is more advanced than it is due to the copper prices being so strong currently. The NPV of the project is well north of 500 million, again that takes into consideration the intial capital cost to build and high discount rate and reasonable copper price projection.
I hope copper prices stay at these levels for a considerable time, if that happens, I can see the price going to $7.00 to $10.00. It might be wishfull thinking, but if the price stays strong, who knows.
The analysts keep on saying that CMMC is the most leveraged copper play around in Canada that is a producer (not an exploration company), big diifference.
The analysts are forecasting .60 eps per share and .75 cash flow per share.depending on who you listen to.
You can put what ever multiple you want on that, the result is an extremely higher price than it is now.
Again all of that is dependant on the copper price. CMMC averaged 2.99 US price in the 3rd quarter of 2020, the average price iin the 4th quarter was around 3.30 U.S.
The price is currently around 3.70 U.S, you do do the math.
That is not taking into consideration the silver prices as that has gone much higer in the last couple of months as well.
