There have been some flys in the ointment along the way but dealt with. I sensed some kind of a roadblock in distribution and Tinley switched to Mars which is a real bonafide distribution company with experience and infrastructure to do the job properly. I also sensed some problems with the Becketts line and since then Tinley has announced a Canadian bottler for both the Canadian and US market that hasn't been parlez'd about much. It explains a lot. I haven't noticed much in the way of any kind of conventional advertising although bringing in the new face of the Becketts guy with his followers seems to be working. I know that there are a myriad of problems to advertise cannabinoid infused products in both the US and Canada but the Becketts should have free reign and the "lookalike" factor might be beneficial to get awareness out there but could also backfire if somebody picks up the loaded version by mistake. There is no limit to people's ability to screw up and make mistakes.
Again, I daresay that we are low on recognition and I really want to see what all the other guys in our stable are doing to justify shares, options and wages. First thing is first and that is being able to supply our retailers because there is no sense wasting advertising dollars if we can't supply.
Nice to see some uptick today and some better trading volumes. Tinley has sat and smoldered while some of the bigger names have had significant upward movements as excitement builds but not so much any beverage companies.
Canopy turned a corner today with their earnings report and I put a lot of weight of that announcement on their beverage line which is doing well in Canada despite their shortcomings. I have personally tried most of them and wouldn't be nominating them for any awards. I am really looking forward to trying our Tinley's line and would switch in a heartbeat to find better taste and effect that Tinley reviews are promising. Canopy is pushing hard to get beverages on shelves in the US through Acreage Holdings with whom they have done branding deals such Canopy can remain once removed from touching the product.
Of course, the Democrats could come up with something amazing to reschedule marijuana and hemp and tie it in with banking and all the rest of the investment tools that US investors are missing. It makes me wonder how Tinley is collecting from all of our retailers because it is what it is. Do we have banking relying on State law protection. It also explains our lower sales volume on US exchanges. When this all shakes out and we get clear, legal, hopefully Interstate legislation that blankets potpreneurs in all States and swings the doors open to Interstate xfr of consumables containing cannabinoids, then you won't want to miss out. A few brave US investors aren't waiting because they see the future as I see it.
There is a concerted effort of marijuana and hemp companys that are joining forces to lobby for what is needed for their companies to thrive which gives me hope that the Democrats will get it right and listen to what brave potpreneurs need and want for their businesses to thrive. glta and dyodd
