Per article: "Drills will start turning within weeks."

I would hope the drills are turning already. Management is in place, cash is in the bank, no problem with lecencing as there is a 5yr licence was issued to ECR im 2017. What's to stop drilling.

LVT doesn't have to be quoted to be getting on with the job.
