Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:What happens if APHA does a raise before the deal?

"if the share price tanks"  this is where can get into dangerous territory. Even after a raise and upon tanking, how long until recovery? Look what happened on the previous raises, and it was F irwin, F this F that. Is $30 even a good price point to begin the next raise? Why not at say $50 where at least when it falls it wont be too far off where we should actually be.
