Companies cannot push the price higher unless they have some good news or earnings. Otherwise SEC will invetigate. You can never issue shares at the market price. It's at a discount. Underwriters have to make money. Couple of months ago, HUT was trading at around $6 and they issued shares at $4. I am just gueassing that this is the reason for this price action. HUT and HIVE are shorted as well. HIVE even more than DMG, and they all went up today.
