A major move/announcement coming this week or next. Besides the timing of the Ontario announcements /promotion after the news (and the money came a week before news), Paul has been radio silent since Friday . Could be wishful thinking but he usually tweets every 1-2 days (sometimes multiple times a day). It's been 4+. Calm before the storm? Aka quiet period?
