nothing has changed. zenabis will get bought out. hell, aurora will be bought out! Watch what happens when the US gets their lending in place, the big MSOs will go on a buy spree. 


While I wonder just how 'formal' and serious Zena's talks were with that other Canadian company on a merger - I do think that a merger is the best course............  

illtouchyougood - you said "nothing has changed" and I agreed with you up to about 90 minutes ago, i.e. the ATM offering. 
This was an opportune moment for ZENA to hatch this scheme seeing that many marijuana stocks have almost doubled in the last 2-3 days, i.e. OrganiGram, Tilray, etc. Even ACB and WEED are up about 20% in last 2 days. 
To make this work to the advantage of current shareholders, Zenabis needs another material announcment in the next few weeks to keep ZENA price in the 20 cent range, otherwise dilution will become negative feedback cycle. Credit to mydogchach for calling a placement for the last several weeks.
