Life is based on honour....fines are steep for not toeing the line....temperature scans would pick up scammers and liars! Your thinking reminds me of my old job ....a pee test ...people could use another's sample ....that is old fashioned thinking.....medicine has evolved...DNA could easily catch non conformists
