Monument Mining Limited is a Canadian gold producer that 100% owns and operates the Selinsing Gold Mine in Malaysia and the Murchison Gold Project in the Murchison area of Western Australia. It has a 20% interest in Tuckanarra Gold Project, jointly owned with Odyssey Gold Ltd in the same region. Located in the Central Gold Belt of Western Malaysia, the Selinsing Gold Mine covers a total area of approximately 150.3 square kilometers (km2) and includes the Selinsing, Buffalo Reef, Felda Land, Peranggih and Famehub properties. The Murchison Gold Project includes the Burnakura, Gabanintha, and Tuckanarra properties, which are located in the Murchison goldfield of Western Australia, 40 kilometers (km) southeast of Meekatharra and approximately 765km northeast of Perth. Buffalo Reef lies continuously and contiguously along the gold trend upon which the Selinsing Gold Property is located. Both Felda and Famehub are located east and north of the Selinsing and Buffalo Reef properties.

Never did follow the logic of selling shares to keep the price low so you could buy more shares at a cheap price on a 12 cent stock? There must be some level of stupid involved in that.

If you want more shares, and that is because you want the share price to go up, stop fooling around and just buy on the ask... sure you pay a bit more, usually a small fraction of what you would get if the price goes to where you think it will, a small price to pay to instill other investors confidence.

Two other explanations...

Naked selling

or just a volume issue, light volumes, usually the prices do not move much, need more volume to get the price higher, or bleed out those willing to sell at a fraction of cash in the bank.

There is another layer of stupid too. 30m in the bank, 30m from a sale of an asset and what is the market cap? Simple math.
