That is a great little read. By all metrics, the entire system and its various markets do seem poised for a bust. The housing market and stock market might be the two most relatable and easy to understand. The housing market in most cities in Canada and the US is going berzerk right now. Who knows where the peak is, but there's never been an acceleration in housing prices quite like we're seeing now.
