Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Don't give your shares away for a discount

Don't give your shares away for a discountApha share price after merger will be much much higher. Example using TLRY @ 52

eg. If I had 100 shares of APHA conversion rate to Tilray shares would be .8381.

ok start with APHA on US exchange would be .8381 x 52 = $43.58 price should be around this value

I don't know what they are going to do with CAN shares if they are going to account for currency exchange but if they do you are really getting screwed if you sell at these prices. If this is the case one share should equal pretty close to 1 share TLRY.  I think maybe this is why they did the .8381.
