Yes I take your original point it doesn't make any sense to put a timetable on new biomarkers update if they don't already have something to base that on. Science is too unreliable to make that sort of short term promise without knowing you already have something in the bank.
Maybe the cloak and dagger is because they are targeting AACR with the data. Abstracts get published 10 March and the conference is one month later. Could be the ovarian biomarkers is revealed then.
