Tweet frequency

Tweet frequencyI wouldn't read too much into the increased Tweet frequency on Sirona's account. Their new ad agency is just simply doing their job... as any good digital marketing company would be doing as part of a market awareness campaign.  In fact, best practice for Twitter outbound marketing is at least 5x a week... so although it is much improved it is still well below best practice targets. If I was Sirona, I wouldn't be responding to the noise by setting any more expectations... let the campaign run its course and do its job.

My guess is Sirona is likely thinking they are close to some good news in the next few months... strategy is to engage digital ad company to start building awareness and market demand before NR. Personally, I'm not expecting news until April/May timeframe. In the meantime, good to see posts that validate market demand and the problem 1067 can solve.

Just my 2 cents.
