RE:RE:RE:RE:pretty discouraging Following up on this, I used tradingview to look at the volume profile since early march 2020. 70.7M shares were traded in that timeframe with only 7.6M transacting below $0.10.
The OS share count is about 171M
- Sprott owns 20M (from Sedi filings)
- PP shares total 46M bought at or above $0.1 (public info)
- 63M shares traded above $0.1 since early March 2020 (my analysis)
- Stephen, Alex and Charles own at least 13.7M (from CEO.ca sedi filings)
- I cant find recent proof but Osisko likely still owns 5M, American eagle gold likely still owns 10M.
Subtracting insiders, institutions and sprott the float is somewhere in the range of 122.3M
Subtracting PP shares which we know were purchased above $0.1, we're left with only 76.3M shares which are part of the float but could have been purchased for less than $0.10 prior to early march 2020.
Since we don't know how many times each share was traded between march 2020 and now, we can't know how many shares that are currently held were purchased below $0.10, but we do know it's somewhere between 13.3M and 76.3M. I would expect the number is much closer to 13.3M than 76.3M
So what? Most shares are either closely held or were purchased above current price levels. The vast majority of the float values orefinders at more than $0.10/share and so it is a hard support level in the absence of news.
The recent price action is a gift and should be seen as a great place to accumulate. Based on the volume profile I expect we will move into the $0.125 - $0.175 range very shortly.
