Market Dynamics

Market DynamicsNo question that there has been a monumental change during this pandemic brought on by all the new investors with trading apps and lots of time on their hands. These individuals are mostly day or weekly traders who are looking for anything with positive momentum. They know nothing about the companies (nor do they care) but are simply seeking out the best way to make a quick buck.

Telehealth got the party started so the likes of WELL and DOC were off and running. Then renewable energy became fashionable so investors came over to XBC and GRN while the previous two began to tread water. Then digital ads caught fire (AT which is still burning). After that, they headed off to do battle with the shorting hedgefunds. But when WELL purchased CRH, some of them came back to telehealth. When there's any kind of news anywhere, that's where they will turn.

As everyone here knows, XBC is very well situated in a growing sector. Eventually the fundamentals will win out and the SP will rise (hence all the upgrades). But it may be a somewhat tortuous route as the unwashed masses swoop back and forth across the invesment landscape.

Long, strong and patient. GLTA
