Confirmed: Step 3 does have a proof of identity requirement. Company states that this is required due to the future SEC requirements and ability to track all crypto trades (To hopefully/eventually eliminate money laundering, hacking theft & fraud).
If BIGG gets it way, this will be a highly regulated industry (which is good)
