Buy at my target price if stock retraces below $2.00 on minor F/S adjusted or at much lower target price if they have to pay back the PPP loan and need to adjust the F/S, as a result. IE subsequent event.  

So we wait. 

My opinion, they will release the news after closing.

Haha...I never disclose when I buy, because it might move. I only announce the odd time when I sell. I have my reasons. As I do short/option play, from time to time.
