But my point is that there are different SP levels that you can meet to be listed on Nasdaq if you meet some other criteria differently. As to how $4.80 was agreed? Could have been agreeing to round to the closing price of the day before they issue a newsrelease. So, from that perspective, yes, we could have taken a hit yesterday at the end of the day because of this but conspiracy theories will make my head explode for no reason. I am not worried about someone potentially playing games for nickels, dimes, quarters or even a buck or two, IF I am investing because I think there is a chance that a play can be tens of dollars higher over the next few years, and not to even reiterate that it could be within a year if KNR delivers on a fifth or whatever of their currently planned maximum monthly capacity. Anyhow, lots of things to unwind, and we are still pioneers in this stock.
